Help!

We provide information and referral assistance to the community to help adults and families connect with resources such as housing, food, medical, and legal benefits, etc.

Mental Health

We offer counseling interventions that are innovative and culturally relevant to Latinx and other diverse communities. We serve adults of all ages, youth at schools sites and children over age 5 and their families.

Child Abuse Treatment

In partnership with the CC Family Justice Center, this program provides mental health services and case management support to children and their families who are victims of child abuse and neglect, or witnessed to domestic violence. Services are provided to Contra Costa County residents.

Hope - Adult FSP

Serving adults 18 years and above, with serious and persistent mental illness who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless or hospitalized in West Contra Costa County. A broad range of services include intensive case management, therapy, crisis intervention, and skill building to help mental health consumers remain in the community.

Trauma Recovery Center

In partnership with the Contra Costa Family Justice Center, this program provides mental health services, case management, psychiatric support, advocacy, and assistance with legal matters to victims of violent crimes in Contra Costa County.
